How to Start a Return
Email us at support@NOWATAclean.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We’ll reply with next steps.
Our Return Process
- Orders under $20: We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Orders $20+: We’ll provide return instructions, and the customer is responsible for return shipping using a trackable shipping method.
- Damaged or defective items: We always cover return shipping, regardless of order value.
Satisfaction Guarantee / Trial Use
Our satisfaction guarantee is intended to let customers try NOWATA with confidence.
For single-unit orders, reasonable trial use is covered under our guarantee.
For multi-unit orders, a full refund requires the full order to be returned. Refund eligibility is based on the items being returned with reasonable trial use only.
Products showing substantial use beyond normal trial, or orders where multiple units have been opened and used, may be eligible for a partial refund, store credit, or another courtesy resolution at our discretion, rather than a full refund.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if anything arrives damaged or defective. A quick photo and short description help us resolve things faster and improve our packaging.
Exchanges & Refunds
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
