3. Original Email Link: Every subscription email we send (like your order confirmation or renewal reminder) includes a direct “Manage Subscription” link. Just click and cancel in a few steps.

4. Email Us: Contact us at support@nowataclean.com with “Cancel My Subscription” in the subject line, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Timing

• Subscriptions: Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges. If your renewal has already processed, the cancellation will apply to the next cycle.

• One-time Orders: Orders may be canceled until they are processed for shipment. After that, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
